Event Rental Terms in Andover, MN 55304

Last Updated: 11/4/2026

What Event Toilet Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

These terms apply to event porta potty rental services provided by MN Toilet Pros. The work covered is the equipment and service listed in your written quote or confirmed order, such as delivery, placement, rental-period use, scheduled servicing, and pickup.

Unit counts, access, placement, and service frequency depend on the agreement. Handwashing equipment, accessible units, extra cleaning, restocking, holding tanks, or other equipment require separate approval unless included in writing.

Customers arrange a suitable, accessible placement area and check permit requirements with the City of Andover, Minnesota. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses workplace sanitation, and the 2010 ADA Standards address accessible toilet facilities; these references do not replace site-specific advice.

Minnesota Rules Chapter 7041 concerns septage management, while the Clean Water Act and 40 CFR Part 403 address wastewater protections and prohibited sewer discharges. Anoka County Environmental Services, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and the Minnesota Department of Health may provide relevant guidance. Confirm applicable waste-disposal requirements with the proper authorities.

Booking Changes and Event Dates

We schedule delivery, service visits, and pickup with you using the event date, site address, access details, and timing in your order. A booking is subject to confirmation by MN Toilet Pros.

Tell us promptly if your event schedule, guest count, location, or site access changes. Give as much notice as possible for cancellations or requests to move a date; any deadlines, cancellation charges, or rescheduling terms stated in your written quote or order apply.

A change that affects equipment, labor, delivery distance, placement, or service frequency may change the price or what we can provide. We will explain the proposed adjustment and seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.

We may need to revise timing if weather, unsafe access, road conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control interfere with the plan. If we cannot complete a scheduled visit as planned, we will contact you to discuss available options. Keep the site ready for access at the agreed time.

Written Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote describes the equipment and work MN Toilet Pros expects to provide based on the information available, including event dates, location, access, and requested service. Unless the quote says otherwise, it is not a promise to perform work that has not been listed.

Review the written details and ask questions before approving. Your order is based on the quote or other written confirmation you accept.

Payment timing, accepted payment methods, taxes, deposits, and any applicable fees will be shown in your quote or order; no price or payment term is created by these general terms alone. Pay amounts when due as stated in that document.

If the site conditions or your requests change, we will explain any added charge and seek approval before doing the added work. If you do not approve a change, the original agreed scope remains the basis for service where it is practical and safe to perform. Contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the confirmed order.

Service Quality and Warranty Coverage

MN Toilet Pros will provide the rental work described in your confirmed order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guarantee beyond any written warranty specifically provided with your quote or order. If you believe a delivery, placement, or other agreed service was not completed as described, contact us promptly with the event location and details so we can review the concern.

Coverage does not extend to damage, unsanitary conditions, or equipment problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, overloading, unsuitable placement, or conditions outside our control. Tell us about any issue before arranging repairs or changes yourself, unless immediate action is needed to protect people or property.

Any remedy depends on the written agreement and applicable law. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Equipment availability and service response depend on the confirmed scope, site access, and circumstances at the event.

Responsibility for Loss and Site Risks

To the extent permitted by law, MN Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, hidden underground utilities, inadequate access, customer-provided information that is incorrect, or loss caused by misuse or unauthorized movement of equipment. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Customers remain responsible for site safety, required permits, and keeping access clear. Confirm event permit requirements with the City of Andover, Minnesota, and verify applicable waste-disposal rules with the relevant authorities, including Anoka County Environmental Services when appropriate.

OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141, the 2010 ADA Standards, Minnesota Rules Chapter 7041, the Clean Water Act, and 40 CFR Part 403 may apply to particular settings or activities; this summary is not a compliance determination. Ask the appropriate agency about your situation.
